Description
Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Umsetzung von baulichen Veränderungen zur Erstellung zusätzlicher Sitzungssäle innerhalb des Mietobjekts und die Erneuerung der Gebäudeausstattung. Darüber hinaus soll im Objekt eine Grundsanierung durchgeführt werden, die sowohl die Nutzer- als auch die Eigentümerbauunterhaltung betreffen wird, so dass am Ende der Gesamtmaßnahme ein insgesamt saniertes Objekt mit einer modernisierten Ausstattung wieder in die Nutzung übergeben werden kann.
