Description
The contracting entities HUS and ISLAB asked tenders for various single gene tests. The tests to be procured are: 1. single gene testing by NGS including NGS CNV 2. single gene CNV analysis by MLPA/qPCR/ddPCR 3. single gene sequencing and CNV analysis by MLPA/qPCR/ddPCR. Tenders for each sub-area were compared separately. The requirements for the tendered services were described in Annex 3 of the call for tenders (Service depiction).
