Adásvételi keretszerződések sínek beszerzésére a Keretszerződés hatálybalépésétől számított 24. hónap utolsó napjáig, vagy – ha az hamarabb következik be - a Keretszerződésben rögzített keretösszeg kimerüléséig, 2 részben: Az első részben 2.000.509 EUR keretösszeg erejéig. Ajánlatkérő a teljes keretösszegből nettó 1.540.391 euróra vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. A második részben 28.800.000 HUF keretösszeg erejéig.
