Description
Hankinnan pääasiallisena kohteena on osoitteessa Läkkisepäntie 21, 00620 Helsinki sijaitsevan Fingrid Oyj:n toimitilan ylläpitosiivous päiväsiivouksena arkisin maanantaista perjantaihin klo 6.30-14.30 toimittajan työvälineillä, koneilla ja puhdistusaineilla. Toimitilassa työskentelee n. 400 henkilöä ja siivottava pinta-ala on n. 6.500 m2 jakautuen kerroksiin seuraavasti: kellari 372 m2 (arkisto, varasto, sosiaalitilat ja simulaattoritila), 1. krs 631 m2 neuvottelukeskus (vierasaula ja neuvottelutiloja), 2.-5. krs 5082 m2 toimistotilat (monitoimitila), 6. krs 421 m2 saunaosasto ja neuvottelutiloja. Lisäksi siivottavaan alueeseen kuuluu portaikot 3 kpl (1 portaikko kellarikerroksesta 6. kerrokseen ja 2 portaikkoa 2.-6. kerrosten välillä) ja hissit (2 kpl).
