Description
Hankinta koskee Kiinteistö Oy Nikkarinkruunun yhteisten tilojen siivouspalvelua. Kohdetiedot on esitetty erillisessä liitteessä 04 Siivouskohteet ja neliömäärät. Siivoustehtävät on kuvattu palvelukuvauksessa (liite 02). Palvelukuvaus sisältää tilakohtaisen siivousohjelman, johon on kirjattu ylläpito- ja jaksosiivoukset. Yksi (1) ja kaksi (2) kertaa tehtävät vuosisiivoukset on kuvattu erikseen. Siivouspalveluun sisältyy siivouksen lisäksi palvelukuvauksessa (liite 02) esitettyjä tehtäviä. Hankinta-asiakirjoissa esitetyt neliöt ja tilamäärät ovat suuntaa-antavia ja kohdetiedoissa voi olla myös poikkeamaa todelliseen tilanteeseen nähden. Tilaaja ei vastaa poikkeamista kohdetiedoissa.
