SIBELGA exploite un parc d’installations de cogénération réparties sur l'ensemble de la région bruxelloise. Ce parc est régulièrement étendu et/ou rénové. Ce système de qualification est mis en place à cette fin. Les candidats qualifiés peuvent être invités à participer aux procédures d'adjudication relatives à la fourniture, à l'installation, à l'intégration - hydraulique et électrique - et à la mise en service d'installations de cogénération et aux activités de maintenance (préventive et curative) qui y sont liées.
