GENERAL This notice is not a procurement announcement or a Call for Tenders, nor does its publication initiate a tendering procedure. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to identify potential suppliers operating in the market and their offerings. MARKET DIALOGUE Turun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Turku University of Applied Sciences) and the University of Turku (together, the “Contracting Authority”) are carrying out a joint procurement of the devices to be acquired.
