Description
L’appalto ha ad oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di manutenzione del verde (sfalci, diserbi, cigli stradali, spollonature) su tutto il territorio comunale, da svolgersi nei luoghi, nei tempi e secondo le modalità indicate nel capitolato speciale d’appalto e nei restanti elaborati di progetto. E’ costituito da un unico lotto poiché la stazione appaltante ha operato la scelta di suddividere la manutenzione globale del verde in diverse procedure di affidamento sulla scorta della specificità della lavorazione; con riferimento alle sole prevalenti attività di sfalcio, oggetto della presente procedura, la stazione appaltante valuta positivamente l’ipotesi di poter coordinare il servizio con un soggetto unico per tipologia di lavorazione, piuttosto che avere diversi interlocutori con riferimento alla medesima lavorazione.
