L’ appalto è riferito alla gestione del Nido d’Infanzia “Piccino Picciò” – Via Della Libertà n. 58 - Vitolini, Vinci, per n. 52 bambini/e di età compresa fra i 3 e i 36 mesi. La progettazione e gestione del servizio dovrà riferirsi e perseguire le finalità e gli obiettivi indicati nella L .R. 32/2002 “Testo unico della normativa della Regione Toscana in materia di educazione, istruzione, orientamento, formazione professionale e lavoro” e nel Regolamento regionale in materia di servizi educativi per la prima infanzia (Decreto del Presidente della Giunta regionale n. 41/R del 30 luglio 2013) in attuazione di quanto previsto dell'articolo 4 bis della Legge regionale 26 luglio 2002, n. 32 e succ.m.e integrazioni
