Il servizio che forma oggetto del presente appalto comprende il servizio di raccolta, effettuato in modo differenziato, la gestione degli eco-punti zonali pubblici dove presenti e di quanto altro descritto nel CSA. I servizi oggetto dell’appalto sono da considerarsi ad ogni effetto servizi pubblici essenziali in materia di igiene e sanità pubblica e, per questo motivo, non potranno essere sospesi o abbandonati che si compone delle prestazioni espressamente indicate nel CSA.
