L'Amministrazione ha inteso affidare un servizio di ingegneria ed architettura per la progettazione di una "Casa d'Artista" i cui lavori di realizzazione verranno suddivisi nei seguenti due lotti funzionali: - LOTTO 1: costruzione del modulo principale - LOTTO 2: costruzione di uno o più moduli secondari e sistemazione dell’area esterna Alla luce di quanto sopra, il servizio di ingegneria e architettura oggetto del presente appalto è: - Progetto di fattibilità tecnica ed economica del LOTTO 1 e del LOTTO 2 - Progettazione definitiva del LOTTO 1 - Progettazione esecutiva del LOTTO 1 - Coordinamento per la sicurezza in fase di progettazione del LOTTO 1 - Coordinamento per la sicurezza in fase di esecuzione del LOTTO 1 - Direzione dei Lavori, contabilità e misura dei lavori, assistenza giornaliera in cantiere, direzione operativa del LOTTO 1
