Description
Contract de servicii mentenanta software, conform Caiet de sarcini. Termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare: in a 11 zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date, respectiv 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Clarificările ulterioare referitoare la documentația de atribuire postate în SEAP, respectiv modificările şi completările apărute în urma acestora, vor face parte integrantă din prezenta Documentație de atribuire.
