Description
Obiectul acordului cadru il reprezinta atribuirea unui Acord-cadru de prestări „Serviciil integrate de facility management”, servicii ce vor fi realizate în activele cladiri si terenuri in care Beneficiarul isi desfasoara activitatea din judeţele: ARGES, DOLJ, OLT, GORJ, VALCEA, MEHEDINTI, TELEORMAN. Numărul clădirilor şi suprafeţele acestora exprimate in mp care vor fi gestionate de către Prestatorul selectat (începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2022, sunt cele redate in anexele la caietul de sarcini. (Anexa nr. 1 si Anexa nr. 2) Anexele conţin informaţii despre activele suprafeţe interioare si exterioare activelor administrate, despre nr de persoane care utilizeaza curent spatiile, utilizate in cladirile care sunt administrate de către serviciul Facility Management , despre numarul de personal, (numit în continuare Beneficiar).
