Se intenționează achiziționarea de Servicii de transport aerian necesare insotirii cetatenilor extradati, în conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cu 13 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunţul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
