Servicii de monitorizare și transmitere la distanță a parametriilor, alarmelor și semnalizărilor preventive din centralele termice care functioneaza în regim de supraveghere nepermanentă, monitorizarea de la distanță a proceselor industriale în orice moment, efectuarea de verificări periodice și reparații accidentale în vederea exploatării în condiții de siguranță a echipamentelor din cele 10 centrale termice existente la momentul de față și un maxim de 18 astfel de unități posibil a face obiectul acordului-cadru, pentru o perioadă de 24 de luni.
