Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare: 11 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
