Description
In vederea desfasurarii in bune conditii a activitatilor specifice, Biroul Roman de Metrologie Legala intenționează să achiziționeze, pentru sediul central şi unităţile din structura şi subordinea sa fără personalitate juridică, Servicii de reparare si de intretinere a autovehiculelor si echipamentelor conexe in conformitate cu prevederile art. 18 și art. 20, lit. b) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 de zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
