DG 915/05.02.2025 și anexele la caietul de sarcini. Operatorul economic va putea solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire cu 10 zile inainte de termenul-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in a 6 -a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in mod clar, complet si fara ambiguitati, doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate pana la termenul-limita stabilit.
