Description
Achizitionarea serviciilor de paza conform listei sunt necesare pentru buna desfasurare a activitatilor, din toate obiectivele aferente societatii. Conform Legii 333/2003 si a HG 301/2012 actualizate, exista obligatia de a asigura paza si securitatea fizica a bunurilor materiale din dotarea SC HALE SI PIETE SA, dupa cum urmeaza: sediul Administrativ(imobil Valeni nr.44, piete (Piata Centrala, Piata Nord, Piata Mihai Bravu, Piata Aurora Vest, Piata 9 Mai, Piata Malu Rosu, Piata Mixta Obor ) precum si Halele Centrale. In acest sens trebuie respectate prevederile Analizei de risc la securitatea fizica, intocmite pentru fiecare punct de lucru in parte(referitoare la structura posturilor de paza).
