Servicii de suport tehnic specializat (SLA) și drepturi de utilizare software (Annual License Fee) pentru nucleul Sistemului Informațional Automatizat al Serviciului 112, modulele CoordCom și ResQMap (Production și Training). Pachetul include: 1. Suport tehnic liniile 2 și 3, regim 24/7/365. 2. Managementul incidentelor și mentenanță preventivă. 3. Actualizări (Updates/Upgrades) pentru menținerea compatibilității tehnologice. Licențe funcționale pentru 8 module (Voice Response, Voice Recording, Map Manager, SIP Interface, Traffic Monitor, Case Collaboration Management, ResQServices, eCall / NG eCall). Accesul se va realiza securizat conform Legii nr. 48/2023 privind securitatea cibernetică. Durata: 36 luni.
