In cadrul procedurii vor fi achiziționate SERVICII DE MENTENANȚĂ PENTRU INSTALAȚIILE, SISTEMELE ȘI ECHIPAMENTELE SANITARE, ELECTRICE, TERMICE, DE DISTRIBUȚIE OXIGEN, MENTENANȚĂ UȘI AUTOMATE, VERIFICĂRI PRAM ȘI DESERVIRE CENTRALE TERMICE. Serviciile de mentenanță tehnică solicitate se impun deoarece unitatea nu deține resursă umană în număr suficient, resursa materială (scule, dispozitive etc) și nici autorizările necesare pentru efectuarea operațiilor de mentenanță. Prin serviciile de mentenanță tehnică propuse se are în vedere întreținerea clădirilor și optimizarea funcționării instalațiilor și echipamentelor aflate în incinta acestora.
