Description
Obiectivul general il reprezinta extinderea si dezvoltarea/actualizarea sistemului informatic integrat al AFIR (SI-AFIR), in vederea asigurarii unui sistem eficient de implementare a masurilor de dezvoltare rurala în conformitate cu versiunile curente (actualizate si aprobate la zi) ale procedurilor de lucru ale AFIR și AM PNDR, versiunea consolidata a PNS, legislatia nationala si comunitara in vigoare, precum recomandarile CE privind gestionarea fondurilor pentru acest sector. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: Zile : 18 (înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor) Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde la clarificari în a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
