Serviciile ce vor fi prestate sunt: Revizie anuala/semestriala , in functie de recomandarile producatorilor, cu emitere de Buletin de verificare; Service lunar; Interventie la orice solicitare a autoritatii contractante; La cererea autoritatii contractante prestatorul va elibera “Aviz de casare” gratuit la echipamentele ce fac obiectul acordului cadru, daca sunt intrunite conditiile si sunt respectate normele in vigoare.Prin achizitionarea acestor servicii, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului.Prin atribuirea contractelor, autoritatea contractanta urmareste buna functionare a echipamentelor medicale din dotarea spitalului.Luand in considerare obiectul prezentei achizitii precum si valoarea estimata totala a serviciilor de intretinere si reparatii ce se vor scoate la procedura, valoare estimata totala ce depaseste pragul de la Art 7, alin 1, lit c) din Legea 98/2016, se va organiza procedura de Licitatie deschisa, astfel incat se poate considera ca avem un grad inalt de complexitate.
