Contractul este valabil 4 luni pana la 31.12.2026 cu posibilitatea prelungirii cu inca 4 luni pana la 30.04.2027 In conformitate cu prevederile art.161 alin (1) din Legea 98/2016 a autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari pana in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire pana in a 18 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
