Demararea procedurii de achizitie este necesara intrucat in acest moment Sectia Productie executa lucrari in regie proprie pe mai multe santiere (sectoare de drumuri) utilizand utilaje proprii si utilaje inchiriate in functie de tipul lucrarii. La stabilirea necesarului de utilaje de inchiriat, intrucat parcul de utilaje al sectiei nu acopera in intregime necesarul - tipul de utilaje si numarul acestora- s-au avut in vedere un numar de sectoare de drumuri pe care se va interveni in perioada urmatoare conform capacitatii de executie a lucrarilor in regie proprie a sectiei.
