Raspunsul la clarificari se va face cu 5 zile înainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor. D.S. Timis va reduce termenul de depunere a ofertelor la 15 zile de la data transmiterii spre publicare a anunţului de participare, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 74, alin. (2) din Legea nr.98/2016, fiind publicat anunțul de intenție Nr. PI1003331 / 01.11.2023.
