Description
Prin achizitionarea serviciilor descrise la pct 2.3, autoritatea contractanta doreste sa raspunda necesitatilor identificate in cadrul spitalului conform referatului de necesitate 1284/ 30.10.2024 si a caracteristicilor tehnice, referat aprobat de Conducerea SJUSM. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si valoarea estimata totala ce depaseste pragul de 1 090 812,00 lei lei fara TVA, se va organiza procedura de Licitatie deschisa, astfel incat se poate considera ca avem un grad inalt de complexitate.
