Description
Servicii de analize medicale conform caietului de sarcini Se vor incheia Acorduri Cadru cu valabilitate de 24 luni, conform caietului de sarcini, perioadă ce poate fi prelungită prin act-adițional, cu acordul părților, cu maxim 24 luni, conform art. 221 alin. 1, litera a), Lg. 98/2016. Estimam un numar de 24 contracte subsecvente. Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 15 zile, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
