Description
Le présent appel d’offres concerne la fourniture de services informatiques liés à l’exploitation et la maintenance évolutive des systèmes. L’adjudicateur prévoit la conclusion d’un contrat d’une durée de quatre 4 ans, renouvelable une 1 fois pour une année au maximum. Le marché comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle décrites dans le cahier des charges. L’absence de chiffrage de la tranche optionnelle entraînera l’exclusion du soumissionnaire.
