La présente consultation a pour objet l'accompagnement des startups en cours de création ou déjà créées au travers des prestations de conseil, étude et d'assistance. L'accompagnement attendu, en fonction des besoins du projet, est articulé dans des lots avec des périmètres techniques spécifiques. La cible est de pouvoir accompagner : - Maximum 10 entreprises à la création par an, - Maximum 10 entreprises en accélération par an. Les descriptions techniques des prestations sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses particulières (CCP).
