Ørsted Services A/S, på vegne af alle selskaber der direkte eller indirekte er kontrolleret af Ørsted A/S, inviterer hermed til at afgive tilbud på udbud af taxikørsel i Københavnsområdet og Nordsjælland. Tilbudsgivere opfordres til at sætte sig grundigt ind i udbudsmaterialet, herunder disse udbudsbetingelser, da de indeholder de oplysninger, der er nødvendige for at afgive et acceptabelt tilbud. Tilbudsgiveren skal sikre sig, at den juridiske enhed, der afgiver tilbuddet, er den juridiske enhed, der blev prækvalificeret. I modsat fald kan ordregiveren være forpligtet til at afvise tilbuddet.
