Description

Beskrivning av behov   Upphandlingen avser service och support avseende befintlig telefonimiljö, upprätthålla funktion av telefonisystemet i enlighet med angivet SLA samt möjlighet till inköp av ny hård- och mjukvara, eventuell utbildning och andra tilläggsbeställningar som exempelvis konfiguration av systemet. Länsstyrelsen och Härnösands kommun har även i dag ett gemensamt avtal för efterfrågade produkter och tjänster.   Länsstyrelsen Västernorrland och Härnösands kommun har gemensamt ägande och ansvar för en växel. Även Härnösands Energi & Miljö AB, AB Härnösandshus, Technichus AB samt Överklagandemyndigheten för studiestöd är anslutna till samma växel.   Mvh Johan Bölenius, ansvarig Upphandlare.
