Het leveren van een SMT op Microsoft Azure IaaS die gebruikers ondersteunt bij het verwerken en afhandelen van verschillende meldingen. Verder omvat het applicatiebeheer van de SMT en flexibele ondersteuning voor functioneel beheer. het leveren van een service management tool en applicatie beheer voor maximaal 8 jaar.
