Description
Het doel is om met één partij een overeenkomst te sluiten voor het leveren van een Service en Facilitair Management Systeem (SFMS) als Software as a Service voor Provincie Gelderland. Inschrijver dient het programma van eisen aantoonbaar te maken na voorlopige gunning, zie hiervoor vraag 1.1.2. Om deze reden is gekozen voor een wachtkamerconstructie bij deze aanbesteding. Wij gunnen de opdracht aan de offerte met de 'economisch meest voordelige'-aanbieding op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Dit is een openbare Europese aanbestedingsprocedure.
