Description
Derzeit erbringt die gkv informatik GbR (nachfolgend gkvi) Leistungen in Form von User Help Desk, Major Incident Coordinator, Field-Service und Bereitstellung technischer Arbeitsplatzausstattungen für die AG. Die Leistungserbringung der gkvi für die AG endet spätestens mit dem Austritt der AG aus der gkvi zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2024. Infolge des Ausscheidens aus der gkvi zum genannten Datum ist die Beauftragung neuer Dienstleister (im Folgenden auch "Auftragnehmer" bzw. "AN") für die genannten Leistungen erforderlich. Die Ausschreibung ist aufgeteilt auf zwei Lose: - Los 1: "User Help Desk (UHD) und Major Incident Coordinator (MIC)" - Los 2: "Technische Arbeitsplatzausstattung und Field-Service"
