Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de confier au Titulaire les prestations de services de régie d'accueil technique et de sécurité/surveillance associés, dans le cadre de manifestations récréatives, sportives et culturelles organisées principalement sur le site du Grand Palais. Ponctuellement ces prestations pourront être effectuées sur un autre site dans la limite de la région parisienne. Le détail des prestations attendues est décrit au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et ses annexes.
