Description
Meerjarige niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst voor het beheer van de serverinfrastructuur van Fluvius bestaande uit: • Managed services van de on-premise infrastructuur o.b.v. een service-cataloog o Na transitiefase en inclusief de nodige beheerinfrastructuur; o Afroep van software en hardware o.b.v. een catalogus. • Aanvullende dienstverlening en levering van hardware en software op projectbasis. o Binnen deze raamovereenkomst is het mogelijk om toekomstige noden op te zetten (bv. uitbreidingen op de productcataloog of servicecataloog) en via een projectmatige aanpak operationeel te stellen. Deze projecten kunnen betrekking hebben tot evoluties naar een (public) cloud-omgeving; o Voornamelijk op projectbasis of in regie. Deze managed services omvatten o.a.: • Het veilig beheren en onderhouden van de servers, dataopslag en back-up systemen waarop de applicaties en data van Fluvius operationeel zijn, ongeacht de fysieke locatie van deze infrastructuur; • Installatie en beheer van systeemsoftware (besturingssystemen en virtualisatieplatformen); • Het voorzien, beheren en onderhouden van de gewenste foundations, zoals o.a.
