Description
Het patiëntenzorg laboratorium van de afdeling Medische Microbiologie heeft om dit moment een serologische analyser in gebruik die op basis van Chemoluminescentie antistoffen tegen verschillende micro-organismen kan aantonen. Door de toegenomen productie is de capaciteit van deze analyser te klein en is er geen ruimte tot uitbreiding. Bovendien kan deze analyser monsters alleen batchgewijs verwerken en kan het bepaalde testen niet tegelijk verwerken, wat nadelig is voor efficiëntie en turnaround-time. Er wordt gezocht naar een alternatief systeem met een grotere (random-access) capaciteit die de huidige set aan testen (tegelijk) kan verrichten en mogelijk heeft om de huidige diagnostiek uit te breiden qua aantal materialen en soort testen. Het betreft minimaal onderstaande testen in serologisch pakket: Aspergillus antigeen, Denguevirus IgG en IgM, Bartonella IgM, Mycoplasma IgG en IgM, Mazelenvirus IgG en IgM, Bofvirus IgG, Rubellavirus IgG en IgM, Bordetella persusis toxine IgG, Parvorvirus IgG en IgM. En dient het sysyteem volautomatische bepalingen van antistoffen tegen verschillende micro-organismen en van antigenen van micro-organismen uit te kunnen voeren.
