Description
The aim of this procurement is to offer a health promoting self-help tool that contributes to improved sexual health in adolescents in the age group 13 to 20 years. The tool will be made available on information channels used by the government, for example the website Ung.no and Helsenorge.no. It should be free and without login. The tool shall contribute to increased knowledge and awareness of sexual health and sexual behaviour, with a positive, comprehensive approach. The tool shall be provided as a service (SaaS). One (1) tool shall be procured. Tenderers are invited to offer several tools and the Contracting Authority is free to choose the stand-alone tool that is considered to be the best in accordance with the award criteria.
