Description

Deze Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding wordt geïnitieerd voor de realisatie van een nieuw Sportcentrum in Delft. De scope van het project omvat de sloop van een oude school, de bouw van een sporthal met zwemaccommodatie en een parkeergarage. Bovendien worden ontwikkelrechten verstrekt voor het ontwerp, de realisatie en exploitatie (verkoop of verhuur) van circa 30 woningen voor eigen rekening en risico van de opdrachtnemer. De aanbesteding is gericht op het selecteren van een uitvoerende partij voor de realisatie van het gehele project. x
