Het afsluiten van één (1) overeenkomst voor een integraal ontwerpteam voor het gemeentehuis. De aanbesteder is voor deze opdracht op zoek naar een integraal ontwerpteam bestaande uit minimaal een architect, een adviseur constructie, een adviseur installatietechniek, een adviseur bouwfysica, een kostendeskundige en een adviseur duurzaamheid/energieconcepten. Onder integraliteit wordt verstaan een gebouwontwerp dat zowel ruimtelijk/functioneel als technisch en financieel in optimale samenhang is ontworpen en uitgewerkt. En waarbij alle in het ontwerpteam aanwezige disciplines op een gelijke wijze zijn gewogen en afgestemd.
