Het voorwerp van de opdracht omvat het aanleggen van de natuurvriendelijke oevers in Pand 140 Zone B1. Hierin worden zowel de vooroevers geconstrueerd als de middenoevers geprofileerd en ingericht alsook het voorzien van enkele aanhorigheden en punctuele elementen. Ook de bouw van de nieuwe fietsbrug wordt voorzien inclusief de aanhorigheden (nieuwe wegen/jaagpaden, aanleggen grachten, etc.).
