Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Customer) would like to enter into a contract for a Security Operations Center (SOC) service. The service shall contribute to strengthening the security and monitoring of our IT infrastructure through proactive monitoring, identifying, analysing and handling security threats. The procurement involves a 24 hour service for security monitoring and support for incident handling of security incidents in the agency ́s data environment. The service shall be operative 24/7/365.
Award criteria
- Quality — The tenderer ́s response to the requirement table, "Annex 1, Annex 1 Requirement Table".
- Quality — Description of how the tenderer will set up and execute the service in accordance with chapter 2.3 in Annex 2.
- Price — The total price includes costs that will be incurred during the entire contract period. The options (chapter 6.4) will be judgementally assessed and make up 10% of this criteria.
