Description
Extension works to existing National School to include single story extension to East of existing building as new Special Education Needs Unit SEN with 2 No mainstream classrooms and 2 No SET Rooms with ancillary services. New layout to East end of site to include external central soft play area and new secondary entrance from public road. Alteration to South boundary to provide revised set down area and additional car parking spaces, bicycle spaces. New boundary wall to North East end with services access. Revisions, alterations to existing hard, soft playground facilities including hard, soft landscaping. Upgrade of existing sewage, drainage and surface water systems. Installation of new gas heating system and all ancillary works at Scoil Mhuire National School, Bornacoola, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, N41YH05.
