Description
Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe von Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude gem. §§ 33 ff. HOAI zum Zwecke der Realisierung des Projektes „Schulentwicklung Harsewinkel“. Das Projekt umfasst 4 Teilprojekte bestehend aus dem Neubau eines 4-zügigen Schulgebäudes mit einer 2-fach Sporthalle für die Kardinal-von-Galen Grundschule an einem neuen Standort (Teilprojekt 1), einer Erweiterung der Sekundarstufen für die Gesamtschule bzw. für das Gymnasium durch einen Neubau auf dem Kleinsportfeld Am Pfingstknapp (Teilprojekt 2), die Renovierung des Bestandsgebäudes der Gesamtschule (Teilprojekt 3) und die Umnutzung des ehemaligen Gebäudes der KvG (Teilprojekt 4).
