Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beistellung von Schulassistenzpersonal gemäß §§ 35a iVm 55c StPEG 2004, §§ 1 ff StSchAG 2023 iVm den Bestimmungen der Steiermärkische Schulassistenzgesetz-Durchführungsverordnung – StSchAG-DVO, idgF., für die Stadtgemeinde Weiz als Schulerhalterin von sieben Pflichtschulen mit dem Ziel des Abschlusses einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Rahmenvereinbarungspartner, der die ausschreibungsgegenständlichen Leistungen erbringt.
