Die Schüchtermann Klinik verbleibt während der gesamten Neubaumaßnahme (Erweiterung vorhandenes Gebäude) in Betrieb, sodass hier erhöhte Anforderungen an den Emissionsschutz gestellt werden. Die Ausführung des vierten Bauabschnittes erfolgt gemäß der beigefügten Plangrundlagen.
