De gemeente Apeldoorn is voornemens een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure te starten voor het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de inhuur van contractbeheerders, contractmanagers en inkoopadviseurs. Binnen deze raamovereenkomst zullen in totaal acht functieprofielen worden uitgevraagd, verdeeld over de genoemde functies.
