Description
Deze opdracht betreft de aanstelling van een ondernemer die zal instaan voor de schoonmaak van diverse kantoren van de aanbesteder. Het betreft een 70tal typische ziekenfondskantoren, variërend in grootte. Het betreft tevens glazenwas (binnen/buiten). Om de kwaliteit van de geleverde prestaties te verifiëren zal gewerkt worden met een externe partner die steekproeven uitvoert conform de norm NEN-EN 13549:2001. Van zowel het personeel die de schoonmaakopdracht uitvoert als de SPOC wordt verwacht dat zij het Nederlands machtig zijn.
