Description
Betreft de schoonmaak van enkele schoolgebouwen van Schoolbestuur Sint-Paulus die, in tegenstelling tot het grootste deel van de scholen, niet door eigen personeel (zullen) worden gepoetst. In eerste instantie onderzoeken we de schoonmaak van de scholen op campus Mariadal in Hoegaarden en enkel gebouwblokken op campus VIA Waaiberg. Gezien de budgettaire beperkingen in het onderwijs onderzoeken we een formule "uitgebreid" en een formule "budget", waarbij een aantal taken niet of met lagere frequentie worden uitgevoerd. Ook worden optioneel een aantal taken voorzien die mogelijk aan de externe dienstverlener zullen worden toegewezen. Het Schoolbestuur zal op basis van de offertes en de financiële ademruimte beslissen over het al dan niet gunnen van één of meerdere onderdelen.
